Flypaper Studio, Inc. Sells e-Learning Services Portion of Business to The GMarie Group : GMarie Group Will Be Partner to Flypaper Studio and Use th
PHOENIX (Business Wire EON) June 24, 2008 -- "With the Flypaper Studio services team, we are now able to provide a full range of e-Learning offerings, including the development of innovative learning solutions using Flypaper's interactive content creation software," said Georgianna Marie, CEO of The GMarie Group. The GMarie Group has over 12 years of experience providing custom training solutions that drive employee performance results for companies of all sizes. Flypaper Studio originally started as Interactive Alchemy, a services organization that creates Web-based marketing and training content for Fortune 1000 clients. The company was founded by Don Pierson in 2003, and by 2007 the Flypaper solution had emerged. At that point, the company changed their name and focus, but continued to offer advanced content creation services for e-Learning and corporate communications. Interactive Alchemy has worked with large corporations throughout the country, such Vonage and Qimonda, on developing corporate training and e-Learning content.

The Flypaper application allows sales, marketing and training professionals to easily create, edit and share high-impact, Flash-quality presentations and other rich media content on the Web without requiring programming skills.
The merger took effect on June 23rd. Details are not being disclosed publicly.
